For thousands of years, therapies of various forms have been around to restore and maintain health. In this day and age the types of therapy available for choice range from medical, to alternative to spiritualist with varying degrees in-between.

Restoring health involves healing deficient and excessive characteristics such as feeling shy, being overly emotional, isolated, passive, sluggish, lack of discipline, emotional numbness, lack of empathy, bitterness, fear of speaking, blaming, addictions and others which all work to keep us off balance in mind, body and spirit and not mindfully present in living our life with love and joy.

 

Awareness is what awakens us to all aspects of ourselves. Maintaining health makes it possible to participate more fully in our personal and collective evolution.
